Hi.
I believe i have bpd, although it is not medically testes. Can you send some questionaire or relevant test to check if I have some disorder or not. And also some self help remedies if you can provide. Thanku

For diagnosis and evaluation, it is suggested to see a psychologist in person and only after things are on paper the diagnosis will b valid. Please do not think or diagnose self as it will harm u individually in your thoughts and behaviours.
