I weighI am 21. My bones near shoulder and arms make some noise while I move my hands in certain positions... Are my bones week. ? Please guide.

Hi, The sound of joints popping comes from a gas-filled cavity (i.e. bubble) forming in your joint. or may be due to laxity of your shoulder joint. kindly consult orthopedician....
