Bones clicking & muscle aches
Since March 2017 i have experienced severe muscle aches in upper body (arms & shoulders sometimes up to my neck muscles) also severe clicking of my bones (joints)

At 72 clicking can happen that is normal , as u mentioned about Ur upper back Pain u should consult physio he will definitely help u
Next Steps
do some upper back exercise n hot formantation under supervision of a Physio
