Bone loss in gums
I have recently visited a dentist who mentioned that I have bone loss near the upper right corner of my mouth. He suggested the extraction of the wisdom tooth. Isn't there any other way to treat it? The tooth doesn't bother me much. Just sometimes a sharp pain for a few minutes. I am really scared of a removal. Please suggest.
