Bone fracture
Sir I am chandu 26 yr from Hyderabad. While
running bone fracture occurred 25 days back. Local doctor treated with POP. And suggested Cissus quadrangularis Linn extract tablet (fitwalk) and acetaminophen and tramadol hydrochloride tablet s USP (delpodol) . Today same doctor checked and removed POP and suggested to walk with crape bandage. Plz suggest me for better heal .

You can walk without any support...even if there was, there was a cortical break in fibula which is essentially less weight bearing.
