Bolting is still there

Asked for Male, 30 Years

For few days my upper stomach seems to be bolted and lower stomach was fine. endocopy was done and it was positive for HP virus. having HP kit since last 8 days though i can eat easily now but still the feeling of bolting is there. i also feel weekness in my feet.
