Boils over opening of anus.
Initially there was a discharge of blood coming through with the passing of stools. However that has stopped but there are these new collection of boils that have been developing below the line of scrotum and above the opening of the anus.

It's because of sweating, heat and tight cloth. Take lot of liquid, less spicy diet.
