Histopathology-Biopsy shows sparse superficial pervadcular lymphocytic infiltrate with mild to modrate irregular epidermal hyperplasia. The papillary dermis is thickened with papillomatosis and shows thickened bundles of collagen in vertical array. The granular layer is thickened and stratum corneum shows marked compact orthokeratosis
