Boils on left hand and palm. Very painful if anything touches. Please suggest which doctor to consult. What could be the problem?

Hi... It's very unlikely to get boils on palms n soles... So it's very difficult to comment Wat it is... Plz visit dermatologist for the management... Can be something serious
