Boils and skin peeling during summer
My palms have been sweaty since my childhood and every year during summer i get boils on my palm and the skin starts peeling, its itchy and reduces a little with ice pack, i don't want to use a cream or ointment which may not allow me to do any other work, is there any solution for this problem?

You likely are having pompholyx. Sometimes with excessive sweating, eczema like reaction Calle pompholyx occurs. It may be small or large blisters. You will need ointments, but that will not impede your work please send photos if you have them now
