Boil on upper lip with pulsating pain
I have a boil on the upper lip which is causing pulsating pain on the lip and surrounding area. Mind swelling is there and it's itchy all the time. It's paining all the time . I tool paracetamol and applied muprocine on it. Please advise if I need antibiotics ?

could be a viral or a bacterial infection .Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with this more information on ongoing medication or history of previous/current skin/systemic illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
