Hello, this looks like a Chalazion. You can try hot water compresses 4 times a day each lasting for 10 minutes. Also apply an antibiotic ointment inside the eye three times a day for a week.
Next Steps
If it doesn't come down then visit an ophthalmologist at the earliest for ocular evaluation and further treatment

According to given details and picture its seems like Chalazion.  Few instructions to reduce recurence of the issue: (1) Hot compress to both eyes once a day ( Can dip clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) (2) Avoid rubbing or touching the eye (3) Eye hygiene with baby shampoo once a day (Take on tip of your index finger any baby shampoo say Johnson baby shampoo or Himalaya baby shampoo , wet your eyes and gently rub the shampoo with your finger on closed eyes for 15 seconds and thoroughly wash off with drinking water (4) Follow a proper working pattern while using Laptops/ Computers/Mobiles or any near work (5) Use spectacles regularly if you have any
Next Steps
Since it's a long standing issue you will have to go for a simple procedure of Chalazion Incision and Curettage.

This looks like a cystic lesion, likely to be a chalazion. Would be a good idea to consult an Ophthalmologist trained as an Oculoplasty surgeon for detailed examination and management and to know how to prevent such occurence in the future.
