Boil on the buttocks reccurent painful

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have this butt boil developer which is very painful..I cannot sit nor do any thing when there's any pressure on that ...it had a white head which has supressed ..I started azithtal and applied fudic cream ...it is the third one in one month..two times before it cured quickly without much pain in 3 to 4 days..n was not so painful..what is this..how.to treat it..I have been havin painkillers too.combiflame..
