Boil on leg

Asked for Male, 30 Years

There is small boil on my leg. It appeared yesterday. There seems to small puss formed on top of the boil. Around the boil, it is turned reddish. When I touch it, itz hard. Should I consult a doctor. Please suggest on the symptoms

It is infection of hair follicle we call it folliculitis. You should consult me as it can increase in size and become more painful can give you fever. Then you may need to take oral medicine also. Now it will get cured with cream alone.
