Boil and puss inside the left eyelid

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I am having a boil inside my left eyelid. It grows big when i wake up after sleep. I clean all the puss with cold water. Its been there since 3 4 days now. One of the medical shop suggested using pyricol. Will that work, is it safe ?
