Take tablet Zerodol-SP 1 tab 3 times a day along with tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach. Continue for 3 days. If fever still persists get a blood test done for following
1. CBC
2. Widal
3. Malarial parasite
Next Steps
if fever doesn't go down in. 3days start antibiotics and consult a general physician
