I was 63 kg in October 2020 when I joined the gym. I haven't been to the gym since 3 months because of lockdown, but still I reached 69 kgs before lockdown. I gained 6 kgs from October to April. But when I look I the mirror I look the same. There is no increase in size, I am still skinny. What should be my target weight if I am 5ft10in tall?
