My weight is around 61kg and height 5.7. Age 27
My body weight has remained same for the last one year but I feel that my body is drying up.
When ever anyone meets me after a long time they tell me that I am looking thin and I have lost a lot of weight. But my weight has remained the same for the last 1 year.
Mostly I am working night shift so am awake at night there is no proper routine for sleeping or eating food as sometimes am at work at night. Sometime I have to be at work in the morning.
Weakness is another problem. I always feel sleepy. Want to lay down. If I am sitting down for a long time and suddenly stand up I get a black out and I see tiny white dots.
Most of my tests are normal. Like sugar , thyroid and the other basic tests.

First of all let me tell u as per authentic scientific formula ur weight for height is normal, u can afford to put on couple of kgs but 61kg is also cool.
People have habit of saying that 'u look thin' thats a way of showing care especially by indian aunties 🤣
Now coming to ur symptoms of weakness blackout and sleepy feeling i would like to know more about ur routine and food habits addiction etc.
Consult in pvt chat so that i can give u individualize advice as per ur life style.
