Multivitamin is not the apt and good option. It is not the ultimate solution.... You need to modify your lifestyle and eating pattern. Weakness and digestive problems are due to poor nutrition and lack of probiotics and prebiotics, lack of sleep, improper time of meal and so many other reasons. You need to modify your lifestyle and customised nutrition and diet plan... Which will provide you proper nutrition and suitable to you according to your job. Hello 😊, Understand, working in different shifts creates different body issues related  to digestion ,weakness etc. ,and also other life style changes like mood swings and behavioral changes.Human body works as per nature like day or night. You have to avoid Junk/street foods ,as they are not suitable for normal digestion cycle and avoid mobile in rest time to achieve healthy sleep.

You have to be specific about digestive disorder. If the shifts are changing you need to focus on meals. Have small and frequent meals. For multivitamins, yes you can have them but only if you are taking proper diet. You can consult me online for further information
