Body temperature difference

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Today I have experienced a temperature differences. When I touched my neck of left side with my palm it was hot and when I touched right side it of neck it was cold and after some time that is after 30 min again I checked myself and this time it was vice - versa . What's the problem . Is anything worng
