Insulin can lead to gain in weight of upto 3-5 Kgs. Fluctuations in weight can be due to fluctuations in your diabetes and your physical activity. So please maintain a regular physical activity/exercise and diabetic diet with regular follow up of your blood sugars with your endocrinologist. Increased urination can also be due to uncontrolled diabetes or UTI. Please see your doctor for further management. Thank you!
