Thank you for sharing your concern! Often during wax and other hair removal treatments, the nature of the chemicals involved tend to irritate the skin and cause subsequent complications including irritation the hair follicles present beneath your skin and hence, pimples and elevated bumps are persistent immediately after hair removal.
I'd recommend you to go for a herbal wax or any mild wax for the same while you can always scrub the concerned area before going for a hair removal session. You may want to condition your skin with suitable moisturisers including olive oil or jojoba which is considered really good for skin.
