Body problem.
I have a very thin body as of my age my weight is only 54 kg. And other problem is that my sperm counts are very low I.e. my sperm is like water that's why I m very concerning about my future after marriage. Please suggest something best.

hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain. regarding your sperm or seminal issues you Wil have to certain investigation..
