I am gaining so much weight last 3 year , previously I was 55 kg but now I am almost 70 kg in weight specifically Lowe body fat including tummy.pls suggest to reduce weight easily.
I don't have time for gym because I am working and handling house hold work too.

Dietary modifications can help. And a walk after dinner ofc can help. But i would need some history. Like what's your sleeping schedule what's your diet, what's your working schedule? Also did you have pregnancy recently or any other issues? Do you've pcod? Do you've diabetes or bp? I need to know these before i can give proper suggestions
