  4. Body part pains left side. Suggest!

Body part pains left side
My left arms and the bone on the neck gives seviere pain when moved. Have done lipid profile test with result cholesterol 161.8,trigylceride 67.6, and even vitamin D result 7.13 .please suggest

Vit D is low and would recommend you to visit MD Exposing to sunlight from 11-3pm  for 10 -15 mins will up your vit D levels too
