Body pain while sleeping
Whenever I will sleep . During sleeping when ever I will change my position there will be a pain on my shoulders ND hands . But after wake up it will b not there . Kindly let me know the reason .

It could be due to wrong sleeping posture or wrong type of pillow, see a doctor who can examine you and find out the cause for the pain and advise accordingly.
