Most creams and spray have harsh ingredients, you will need to do patch tests on an hidden area to ensure it doesn't cause side effects Apply a little say on lower back and test Trimming wouldn't give a smooth finish like depilatory creams and sprays and waxing can cause red irritated bumps where hair roots are pulled If you can afford, laser hair removal is a good option. But get it done with a trained dermatologist or therapist working under guidance of a dermatologist.
