The body hair loss is not a side effect that is mentioned prominently in the studies done about dutasteride. I am the first dermatologist in India who published a study on dutasteride for its use in androgenetic alopecia and in my extensive experience with the drug I have never encountered this problem. May the problem that are referring to could be unrelated and require a thorough assessment and examination.
