How can I increase I'm 5'3 and I want to increase it to 5'8. What can I do for this? My age is 18. I am curious about my height as most of my friends are above 5'7. I can do anything to increase only this is major drawback of mine. I did a lot of excersize and sleep for 8 hours or more and followed a diet but no use

Boys stop growing at 20 years of age so there is still a time. First make sure you are getting enough calories. Make sure you get enough calcium and vitamin D. Include three major meals in your diet along with snacks in between. Add good sources of protein in your diet such as egg, legumes, paneer, milk and milk products, even nuts. You may not be able to do anything about genetics but maximising nutrition and taking care of yourself can only help you grow to your potential.
