I would like to know if freckles on the body could be removed with lazer. Whether it's small ones on the eyelids or some "down there" I would really like to know. I am talking about the flat freckles by the way. Yes freckles can be removed by laser. freckles are basically increase pigmentation because of sun exposure and is more common in patients with white skin. However before advising the procedure confirmation of the diagnosis is paramount. Hope this is helpful.
