Abdominal fat never reduces without exercise, so start doing early morning exercise in empty stomach.
Avoid excess of liquid intake in the form of juice, coffee/tea, water etc.
Get Udarvatana procedure done after consulting Ayurveda physician.
All those medicines are for wt reduction only but i suggest you to see a doctor for better results as medication will b individual body nature based in Ayurveda, its better to take specific instead of in general medication.
