BLURRY EYE SIGHT
I am myopic having left 2.25 and right 2.75. I am using specs from past 3 years. But my specs no is increasing constantly. And also pain in my eyes. So suggest me how to reduce my no. and eyeache and headache after removing specs

I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses
Lasik is a very good option for this but it is possible only after age of 18yrs.
Moreover power should be stable
