Blurred vision
When i  look at something in few seconds it slowly gets out of focus..then i had blink hard to get clear vision..this happens all time.m.im wearing glass i recently checked my power its same.. what may be the reason?. doctor said my nerves are ok..

Dryness can cause such symptoms or eye muscle fatigue can also lead to blurring. Blink frequently and look far away yo relax your eyes. Get eye check up

Do not try to peer hard at objects. You tend to over focus and that may be causing blurring. Also when you peer at an object you do not blink and the front surface of eye gets dried up which may also cause blurring. Blink regularly and lubricate your eyes periodically

If the power is same,and still it gets out of focus,pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. Mean while,use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.

Could be dry eye. You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month . Please consult local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist.
