Bluish eyelid near eyelash-7mon old baby

I see bluish eyelids near eyelashes on my baby past 2-3 days .it comes..and it goes off. What is the reason ? i have attached photo for reference only.

No problem. It’s normal. If lips, finger nails turn blue then v shld worry.
