Are the blue light blockers glasses good,do they have side effects?
I use a lot my laptop, and now I am searching for a solution.And I saw the blue light blockers glasses.

May use it .but your problem might be due to computer usage. Resulting in to decreased blinking and dryness. And causing computer vision syndrome.
