Blue light , AR coated glasses
I have been attending online classes for almost 2 years now and I feel my eyes are a little damaged . I sometimes get irritation in my eyes , watery eyes and a little headache sometimes. So I'm planning to get a blue light AR coated glasses. Do I have to consult an ophthalmologist before buying or can I directly buy one? Thanks in advance

If you think you don't have any refractive error or in your previous consultation if you were told you don't have any error you can go ahead. Take plano power bluecut glasses. Use refresh tears when u feel those symptoms u told.
