Blotchy red skin

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My baby is 4+ months old. He develops red and blocthy skin on forehead after bath which dissaperas after a few hours. Now the redness occurs undereye and on nose too. I use Cetaphil soap for bath and Cetaphil cream as mositurizer. Water is not too hot either. Pics attached for reference.

change ur bath product .. it seema allergy... try himalya product if geting improvment than continue with this.. if not take opinion from dermatologist.
