Blood while pqssing stool

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi , past from three four days ,while passing stools there is blood which I see in the sink which is bright in colour and I am afraid for the same . Is this any major symptom or common thing due to heat , as before this also couple of times I have observed . Please help me in this .
