Blood vomit in morning
I vomitted blood for 3/4 times in the morning after red it turned coffee colour. I suffer from heavy gastritis & acid reflux prob. I drink alcohol heavily but not regularly. Kindly advice what shud I do

Its a medical emergency sir. Consult me online asap. You need to visit some hospital, shall require UGIE, ECG, LFTs , CH the bare minimum. Prepare yourself for stay of a day or two.

This appears to be Gastrointestinal bleed.Need further evaluation. Endoscopy and few blood investigation required.
