Is he thallasemic? 2 iron chelators: asunra 100 mg (deferasirox) 20 mg per kg once a day.Monitor for kidney function. Kelfer 250 mg (deferiprone) 25 mg per kg thrice a day Monitor for blood counts. Both are oral chelators. But be in touch with your doctor when you are on such medicines.Net consultation wont do.
