You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Losing less than 100 hair per day is normal. So if you are losing around 20 per day, it's ok. But if you have thinning of hair/ scalp visibility/ receding hairline/ excessive hairfall than before, you need to get yourself evaluated for hair loss. Usually if the pattern of hairloss is not the male pattern, we take history of illness/ covid/ surgery/ stress prior to hairloss. And do investigations like hemoglobin, ferritin, tsh, vit d and b12. And then treat accordingly. You can consult online for proper diagnosis and treatment.
