My erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 35 mm hr will there be any problem and what should I do to reduce it

ESR is raised in a no. Of conditions, but it is mild elevation you need not to do anything if you donot have any symptoms... Repeat ESR after 2 weeks- if still elevated then show it to general physician in your locality...
