Asked for Male, 37 Years

Please check my reports.This is my normal routine blood as I am experiencing fatigue, pain in foots from 15 days. I have cervical spondylitis problem too. Some levels are elevated. Is this a cause for concern or not. Please clarify. Please give answer.
