Every thing is in normal range in the whole report except for this attachment, related to cholesterol. Is this something concerning? What should i do to reduce the cholesterol? Age -33 Weight- 50 I have a son 2 years old

Lipid profile result shows a raised total cholesterol, triglycerides levels.Change your diet habits and lifestyle management including brisk walk for 30 minutes a day.Repeat the lipid profile after 3 months to compare.If those values are still high, you may need pharmacological treatment.

Lipid profile is deranged. Take fat free, low sugar diet, more of fresh green vegetables and fruits, sprouts. Take tab Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 4 weeks  then repeat lipid profile.

The total cholesterol is elevated above desirable range, I suggest you to decrease oil and fat intake in food and start regular aerobic excercise to bring it back in normal range

Dear patient for having a true lipid profile report.. U need to be fasting lipid sample. Ideally u should not eat any diet containg even a small amount of fat .like avoid oil containg vegetable..milk and fatty meal before giving the sample. Lipid profile simple reflect the amount of fat we have taken  in diet before giving sample. Next time just take precaution before giving sample..mainly dietary ...
Next Steps
repeat lipid profile after 6 months.took diatry precision before sample. 72 hr lipid free diet.
