I would suggest Life style modification for 3 months like regular exercise ,dietary changes like low fat diet and repeat your lipid profile after 3 months
Lipid profile result shows a raised total cholesterol, triglycerides levels.Change your diet habits and lifestyle management including brisk walk for 30 minutes a day.Repeat the lipid profile after 3 months to compare. If those values are still high, you may need pharmacological treatment.

Lipid profile is deranged. Take fat free, low sugar diet, more of fresh green vegetables and fruits, sprouts.
Take tab Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 4 weeks then repeat lipid profile.
The total cholesterol is elevated above desirable range, I suggest you to decrease oil and fat intake in food and start regular aerobic excercise to bring it back in normal range
