Continue supplements being taken and repeat tests for vit d and calcium. If normal,  you can stop them, but continue diet containing calcium and vit d.

Your report mainly shows low Vitamin D3 and B12 (175), which explains your body pains. Other blood variations are minor and not worrisome since rest values are normal. Just continue vitamin treatment as advised — if more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.

1. Continue Vitamin D and Calcium as prescribed. 2. Take Vitamin B12 supplements (tablet or injection, as advised). 3. Eat a balanced diet: milk, eggs, fish, green leafy vegetables, pulses, nuts, fortified cereals. 4. Get 15–20 minutes of sunlight exposure daily. 5. Recheck Vitamin D & B12 levels after 8–12 weeks. 6. If symptoms like persistent numbness, severe weakness, or chest pain continue, follow up with your doctor.
Health Tips
Do not worry about the small changes in neutrophils/lymphocytes, MPV, RDW, or MCHC – they are mild and often correct once vitamin levels improve. Stay consistent with supplements. Hydrate well and maintain regular sleep and exercise.
