Recent blood test result: Vit B12-107 pg/mL D25-17nmol/L. Iron-51 ug/dl. Triglycerides-350. Hb1Ac-8.4. Please suggest treatment.I am known DM-2 since last 30 years and taking insulin HM 30:70: morning-25 units and evening-25. metformin 1gm+Galvus 50mg twice.
