Blood sugar test
Iam tested blood sugar on glucometer frequently with different glucometer they are showing different readings then go to lab and tested with manual RBS test and HBA1C . The result is very difference from glucometer and very low. What's the accurate result that is glucometer or manual lab test. Pls advice. Regards. My RBS 80 HBA1C. 4.5

Your RBS and hba1c is normal, you don't have diabetes. Lab values are more reliable than glucometer values. There will be differences of 20-30 mg/dl between both.
