My father is in covid recovery phase, he had a moderate case of covid. Blood sugar fasting is around 100-150, PP above 300 on glucometer . Using insulin for last 4 years with Metformin 500. what to do?

Hello Need to change treatment.. Also treatment varies if on steroid coverage. Need to be under regular follow up. Diet modification required
