Blood sugar levels high / high ketones
My name is Ankit.. I am suffering from diabetes from past two years. I was talking gluconorm G1 tab (1 tab)  in morning on daily basis. Recently, I have changed my diet  to low carb & high protein diet & doing physical activities in gym. In doing so, my weight reduces from 62 kg to 57 kg in 1.5 months. Recently, I have given blood sample for diabetes profile M & according to reports my blood sugar levels are normal but ketones level are high

If ketones are high that's means your  body is not getting enough glucose . So pls aviod 1. Heavy work out, simply have a Walk on treadmill for 20 min 2. Add complex carbs . In your Diet 3. Cut protein from your Diet Pls add Liver and kidneys correcting Herb medicine

Ketone levels are high because u r on low carb diet. U should get your antidiabetic medicines changed too
