Blood sugar level post covid & steroids.

Covid-19 history chart with medications and blood sugar level is attached. Current health issues: 1) Even after 10 days of steroid stoppage, Blood sugar level is not normal on returning to pre-covid diabetics medication & diet. Wts solution in it. Weakness becomes issue on sticking to only pulses, veg soup. 2) Intermittent lower back right side pain (near to spine cord) on walking/Position change from last 3 days. Is it related with heart problem? How to get rid of it. 3) Half tooth got broken during dinner 2 days before. Is it early sign of black fungus? 4) Debigatran 150 continued for 3 weeks twice daily. (Timings were not strictly followed while in-taking it). Around 11.30am morning and 10pm night. (+/- 1 hour). Is there any side effect due to it?? She is Still having multivitamins: Zincovit once daily, B complex once daily, Vit. C celin 500 once daily, Vit. D oral liquid once a week. Please advise. Regards.
